Good english spoken by the staff quiet hotel clean room
Way too much noises from the road at night (the hotel is located on a high traffic road) no effecient way to cut off the morning light (you wake up because of the noise, and you can't turn back to sleep since it's bright before 6 am (in early spetember)) the breakfast : almost no cheese, no bread (from a french point of view). Extremly thin slice of white meat. Fat sausages... No pastry. Ok there is juices, and a lot of eggs, but for 35 zlotis, it's way too expensive ! (you can have heavy meals for something like 25 zlotis in some polish restaurants)
Big double bed (not two beds put together like is often the case)
Very noisy outside, price for breakfast much too high
Great location, 3 minutes walk from the Wroclaw Rynek - City Hall (Old town).
Newly renovated hotel. Tasty and clean rooms. Parking organized near hotel.
I have attended a Wedding and it was great. Loveley staff, perfect location to old square
Tea and coffee making facility in the room would be great
Excellent location, very modern design of the rooms also. Air conditioning was good
The breakfast was a little over-priced
It is located close to the city center. Therefore you can look around the city without the public transportation.
The room is quite small.
Decent overall hotel, safe parking nearby.
My room smelled of cigarette smoke - in a non-smoking hotel.
Needs holding facilities for soap/shampoo etc in shower. Small bedside locker/table or shelf for holding personal items such as clock/book etc
Location, room quality, helpfully staff, parking arrangement
Dark lift foyer. One light would do.
Excellent location, friendly staff and very good breakfast.Modern and clean and very functional.
On busy street and curtains should be much thicker to shut out early morning sun in summer.
The helpful nature of the reception staff was a huge bonus, as was the air con, an essential in summer time Polish cities, as I'm now realising while in non air con accomidition in Krakow
no tea making faculities
Nice stuff, helpful and really solving the problems.
Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast, kind staff, good transport facilities, close to the city centre
